What kind of breakfast is served?
An Italian breakfast is served at a partner cafe a few steps from the property, with freshly prepared brioches, coffee and the typical Sicilian granitas. Breakfast in the room can also be arranged on request.
What type of room can I book?
You can book the Triple Room with Balcony of 25 m², the Twin Room with Private External Bathroom of 20 m², or the Quadruple Room with Balcony of 50 m². All of them have a private kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and free WiFi.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
How close to the beach is the property?
Spiaggia Santa Teresa di Riva is around 150 m away, about a two-minute walk, and the property also has its own private beach area.
Can I park there?
There is no parking at the property itself, but street parking is easy to find in the surrounding streets, only a few steps from the entrance.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
Yes, an airport shuttle is available on request for an extra charge. Please share your arrival time and airport in advance.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?
There is no pool or on-site restaurant, but the sea is 150 m away and restaurants are within a few metres. Spa and wellness packages are available.
Are pets allowed and is smoking permitted?
Pets are not allowed and all rooms are non-smoking; there is a designated smoking area outside.
How far is the centre of Santa Teresa di Riva?
The town centre with shops, cafes and services is a few minutes on foot, and the railway station is about 1 km away.
